VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.  A great class for all fitness levels. 

PILATES

Exercises that concentrate on posture, balance and flexibility. Use of body weight and variety of cardio exercises.

FLOW YOGA

1 60-minute mind and body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing, meditation and relaxation. Recommended for all levels of fitness
